Wah.. today I break a plate at work... erm.. think this is my first time leh.. or issit not once le... haha... I dun rmb breaking anything at work lor.. HIAK.. so careless of me.. Hmm.. Have a gd day at work.. same as usual.. nothing much.. except that dear dear got work this morning too.. haha.. Can see her is a bonus leh.. haha!!

Super tired today lor.. haha.. after work go home take a nap before going for my rt lor.. tot dear dear say she tired also.. end up she still can go running.. pei fu her.. haha.. Me is bo bian.. have to go rt.. today de session quite tiring.. alot of static station exercise.. esp train pull up one... haha.. now my hands ruan liao.. Bish.. den have a 2.4km run.. really must keep on training lor.. cos in two weeks time I have to take my ippt le.. die die also must pass!!! JIAYOU!!

And btw, dear dear wrote me a letter today wor.. Is it a love letter? hee.. bleah.. Thanks my darling.. MUACKS!!! =)
